Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the electrical services and related offerings provided by Electrical Evolution, LLC. By requesting a quote, scheduling work, or engaging us for wiring, panel work, lighting, troubleshooting, or other electrical services, you agree to comply with the terms set forth in this document and any separate written agreement or proposal.

1. Provision of Services

Electrical Evolution, LLC agrees to provide professional electrical services as outlined in the individualized client agreement, estimate, or work order. This may include, but is not limited to, installation, repair, upgrades, and testing performed in accordance with applicable codes and manufacturer instructions where relevant. We reserve the right to refuse work that would violate law, code, or reasonable safety standards.

2. Timelines and Deliverables

Electrical projects depend on site conditions, permit timelines, material availability, and coordination with other trades. While Electrical Evolution, LLC will make reasonable efforts to meet projected schedules, stated dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Concealed conditions (e.g., existing wiring issues) may require additional scope and time.

3. Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay for services in accordance with the payment terms in their estimate or contract with Electrical Evolution, LLC. Failure to pay as agreed may result in suspension of further work or withholding of documentation until payment is resolved. We are not responsible for losses arising solely from delayed payment by the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

To perform work safely and efficiently, clients must provide Electrical Evolution, LLC with timely access to the property, accurate information about existing systems, and any required permissions from landlords, HOAs, or utilities. Delays in access or approvals may affect scheduling.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement as specified in the underlying contract or applicable law. Upon termination, Electrical Evolution, LLC will invoice for work completed and materials ordered to date, as permitted by the agreement.
